This was a comment from a little girl I spoke to at the local Farmers Market in Skibbereen, where we have a stall and display a Top Bar Hive. I had asked her a question after seeing her looking at the hive and trying to sort out what it was, I gave her a flyer for our Natural Beekeeping for Children course and she was very pleased.
Well, another busy day - however even as I say that, it has been a very quiet and reflective day too. I feel as if I have a lot on my mind - as if I am processing something very deep, but it's only being pulled up bit by bit.

Well, it has been a wild few days - but only in terms of energy shifting around me while I do this cleanse. It has moved and brought up far more this time around then ever before - making me think that I am finally getting to the bottom of the barrel.
Read MoreWell it probably about time I called my fast for what it is -- I am on day 8 of a parasite cleanse. I would only do this after many (many!!) other types of cleanses over the years because I am well aware of how only taking water (and herbal tea) can release a lot of toxins into your system.
