Take care of you

Up until now, I have decided to stay out of the covid 19 debate and information – as first of all, there is so much out there already, I don’t have much of anything to add to the bottom line and besides – my focus is all about health.

However, I can share with you, what is on my mind and wanted to offer you a few key ideas of my own.

I myself am not worried at all about this virus. In fact, I really do feel that I have been seeing this or something very similar for a few months at least and perhaps we have already had it. We were down with flu here over the Christmas that sounds very familiar and we are quite recovered.

At the first sign of any sniffle or fever here – I pour my Fire Cider AC vinegar into us, drink loads of Winter Boost Herbal tea, take copious amounts of Echinacea or Elderberry Syrups as well as my Gentle Shield immune boosting drops.

And that’s just on day one! LOL 😊

What I do have to offer aside from my herbals, is this;

  • Worry and stress is perhaps the absolute worst thing you can do and does far more harm than any virus ever will to a healthy body, mind and spirit.

  • Make the most of your time. No matter what you have on your plate and what your concerns are, take full advantage of this time to read, play, study, build – relationships, a business, or a new programme for life going forward.

  • Take care of you. This might be regular exercise, healthy meals most of the time, fresh air, long chats on the phone with friends, music, art, film, books and fun. Oh and my personal favourite – plant a garden – even a pot of herbs on a window sill. Such pleasure!

  • Clean your house – start with a corner of a room and gradually expand out to other areas. The same goes for inside of you – plan a juice day or a mini fast on herbal teas, water and broth. Your body will thank you.
Spend quality time with your partner, children, pets and plants! They are in your life for a reason, so celebrate it.

  • Work on not being afraid of what is to come. So far, we have survived everything that has been thrown our way and are wiser because of it.

  • And most important – don’t engage in the negativity, walk away from the gossip, fear and lower vibes.

If you feel unease or threatened at home for any reason, please find a way to reach out to a safe person or group or help line. There is always someone who can provide assistance.

Of course as a Herbalist, I would have to say that drinking my litre of herbal tea daily is a constant for me. Every few days I change it out or just mix a few together, it really does keep me grounded and I am aware that this goodness is going into my body daily.

No matter what else is going on in my day, life, business or world – my herbal teas get me through.

The way I drink my herbal tea is with a splash or apple cider vinegar and these days a teaspoon of Elderberry syrup….

It’s the frequency of these remedies that I work at preserving – all my herbals are made using only the finest ingredients, pure untreated well water, long slow extraction processes and crystal frequency to hold each plants healing and highest properties.

Give nature a chance to enter your life and find a permanent place there. You will notice the difference in mind, body and spirit…. Perhaps this is what many of us are fortunate enough to have been given this gift right now.

When all we have is time, make the most of it.
