We understand that sometimes the best made plans don't work out and if you find that you are unable to keep your booking, please contact us straight away..
Workshop & Event Bookings
If you made your booking on this website, please contact us as soon as you know you are unable to attend. If the event is sold out and we are able to re-sell your ticket we will credit the original payment source from which you made the purchase. This will take a certain number of days, depending on your card supplier. We may make a small administration charge to cover our costs.
If you purchased your workshop or event ticket via a third party, please contact the event organiser directly.
April Danann looks upon any appointment that you have made with her as being important. Your appointment is for your exclusive use and when it is cancelled at short notice, or missed altogether, it is usually not possible to offer this time to another client in need, and the appointment is lost.
A full 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or re-arranging appointments.
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no show”) are billed for the full cost of their scheduled session.
Clients are responsible for keeping or cancelling their appointment, regardless of whether or not they receive a reminder from April. If you are unsure of when your next appointment is, please contact April.
We understand that sometimes things happen beyond a clients control, therefore cancellation fees will be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family, or natural disaster.
Missed appointments and late cancellations are payable by cash or PayPal and April appreciates your prompt payment.
