I will be at the West Lodge Hotel in Bantry on Sunday 2nd March for the next West Cork Health & Wellness Open Day. We are really looking forward to this event as an opportunity to get to know some of the many others out there working in our communities and to touch base with all of you in a posher setting (other than in wellies and 5 jumpers in the farmers market! LOL)

It takes time to get well, be well and stay well – use your time wisely and it takes very little focus to really be in the best shape – mentally, physically and spiritually of your entire life.
Yes, even during a pandemic or plandemic or whatever stage of official narrative we are currently experiencing.
Especially now and perhaps because of this ramping up of fast-moving change we are all undergoing a particular type of trauma.
Up until now, I have decided to stay out of the covid 19 debate and information – as first of all, there is so much out there already, I don’t have much of anything to add to the bottom line and besides – my focus is all about health.
However, I can share with you, what is on my mind and wanted to offer you a few key ideas of my own.
These really are unprecedented times that we are living in. All of it, down to every last detail is so precisely co-ordinated, you’d think it was pre-planned and then implemented step by step 😉
But, when you step back from it all - do you see what this means? There is an unprecedented opening for the creation of a real foundation as part of this realistic way of living.
We are at a break through moment in time!
Today we are in the midst of another ‘newsageddon’ this time it is about a virus that we are supposed to fear. Last week was climate change theatrics and before that election fever – again, get your fear on and be very, very scared.
Of anything and everything.
Truth is, if we had to actually live our lives so afraid of so much – we would not get much done, sit around a lot of the time scanning stories on social media, eat poorly, drink too much, feel low about things and gradually become more and more stuck in our lives.
There is So much more to Herbal Knowledge!
Herbs always amaze me and it’s the one constant in my life that never lets me down, is not toxic or misleading and fills me with wonder. Well, nature does that too – but then, I would look at herbs as natures offering to us.
A gift for our well-being.
Love begins with me, it begins with you – perhaps it’s just a fleeting tingle of nervous energy creeping through our veins.
On a good day.
It starts with the words I tell myself – taking the time to focus and fill my internal imagery with kind, compassionate verbiage. Extending the depth of happy by a few millimetres.
What’s in a Label…..
I’ve thought about labels for a very long time. Hell, I have a diploma in Packaging technology, a degree in food supply marketing & business and have studied this entire topic in quite some detail.
However, I have tried again and again to create, make, workout a suitable label for my ferments such as Herbucha, apple cider vinegar, Body Shots, Herbal teas and so forth.
So, these past few days I have been working extremely hard on focus.
Focus on the positive, focus on health, focus on healing and focus on projects, focus on finishing stuff and focus on nature. One of the things I am reminded of is that in my house we never use the word – sick.
There is so much I want to say here! I hardly know where to begin….so let me start by saying, this is perhaps one of the most important things you will ever read or hear or do or think about.
