For over 17 years I have been creating my own intuitive herbal tea blends - these are unique to me and taste lovely. I started making my own teas because I was not convinced of the active properties found in others teas. For the most part, I was only able to find teas made by non-herbalists and usually not using the best parts of the plants that I wanted to see in a tea. Everything is caffeine free and gentle on the body, mind & spirit, because herbs work on every level of your well-being.

Shroom Coffee

Blended with medicinal mushrooms, including reishi, shiitake, cordceps and lions mane, it also contains organic cocoa powder, cinnamon, roasted dandelion root and chicory root.

This type of product is blended by hand for maximum retention of the unique properties of fresh roasted dandelion root and medicinal mushrooms. It will be a little gritty or chunky as I don’t like to use heat to break up the roots.

That way - the probiotic properties are retained.

The way we use this delicious drink is to add it to our hot chocolate. I make a pot of hot choc for the whole family and then blend in a heaped spoon of the Shroom Coffee.

I have happy customers who add it to their regular coffee or even a small amount to a smoothie as well.

A little goes a long way and it tastes lovely with your beverage.
