For over 17 years I have been creating my own intuitive herbal tea blends - these are unique to me and taste lovely. I started making my own teas because I was not convinced of the active properties found in others teas. For the most part, I was only able to find teas made by non-herbalists and usually not using the best parts of the plants that I wanted to see in a tea. Everything is caffeine free and gentle on the body, mind & spirit, because herbs work on every level of your well-being.
