April Danann, the Natural Rebel has a very busy diary.  As well as having a regular spot with her Natural Rebel Market Stall at Skibbereen Farmers Market, Clonakilty Country Market and Herbert Park Market, she also brings her own Natural Rebel wares to events all over Ireland.  In addition, her warm manner and engaging knowledge, make her a popular speaker at numerous  events.

Women's Intuition for Life & Business Workshop

Women's Intuition for Life & Business is a brand new workshop by April from her unique "I Am She Who Creates" programme, designed for women who are embarking on, wanting to embark on, or are already running a creative venture.  The workshop is aimed at supporting women along the creative journey, to overcome the inevitable obstacles and challenges, connect with their own intuition and bring about a fulfilling future.  The workshop is suitable for women of any age who are at any point of their venture and in any creative field.  The cost includes a sumptuous organic lunch, herbal teas, snacks and a copy of "I Am She Who Creates" workbook, plus bonus material and notes.  Part of the day will include Nature work, so outside clothing will be needed.

During this afternoon workshop you will be introduced to several methods of fermenting foods, various means of increasing nutritional content and bioavailability of nutrients as well as how to create exquisite tasting sourdough breads. April Danann partners with Madeline McKeever of Brown Envelope Seeds to present their once a year Wild Foraging Walk and Talk on healing herbs, local flora, fauna and all things natural during A Taste of West Cork Festival. Join these West Cork women for a wild foraging adventure in search of medicinal, edible and local herbs, shoots, berries and leaves on a farm walk to the sea shore deep in West Cork. This workshop includes: notes, fermented drinks made with herbs, wild soup and sourdough breads.
